Black thigh high boots from Colin Stuart. Boots tie up in the back for decoration only, it does not adjust the shoe in any way. Material is a cloth type of fabric. Can be worn at the thigh or slouched. Worn twice but in great condition. Heel is approx. 5 inches, Sz. 9 and the ONLY pair. Boot fits snug but comfortable for a night on the town. Comes in original box
